Privacy notice

Kiroid is operated by Liveroom Technologies. This notice covers the sign-up forms at kiroid.com/studio and kiroid.com/app.

From the Garment Studio form:

• your name, work email, company and company type
• if you choose to tell us: your phone or WhatsApp number, your role, the 3D tools you use and the features you're interested in

From the Kiroid app form:

• your name, email and whether you use an iPhone or Android phone
• if you choose to tell us: your phone or WhatsApp number, where you shop for clothes, your favourite brands and your biggest fit problem

We also record when you sent the form and which version of this notice you agreed to. These pages use no cookies and no analytics.

• Garment Studio: to contact you about a demo.
• The Kiroid app: to send you an invite to try the app.
• The optional answers help us plan both products.

We use your details only because you agreed to it by ticking the box on the form. We don't sell them or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Your answers are stored in Google Sheets, provided by Google LLC, which may keep data on servers outside Sri Lanka. The website is hosted by Vercel. Only the Kiroid team can see your answers.

We keep your details for 6 years, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Then we delete them.

Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@liveroom.xyz and we'll take care of it.

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
